What is this subjectivity...sometimes and more often than not we equate our subjectivity with our mind…like a subjective mind, subjective thinking, memory, fantasy or even sensation.
Unhappily this is what many people think as subjectivity. And this subjectivity is always enmeshed in the mind, which is history, configured in history, developmental and family history.
But actually as you go beyond being aware of your mind and your mind alone, and begin to become aware of awareness…this awareness is not the awareness as mind, which is bound in time, but you become aware of awareness, which is awareness itself. The dharmakaya primordial awareness is openness, and energy, and clarity and spaciousness, compassion. The subjectivity is the great expanse that is manifesting in you as you...in a mind and body configuration.
As you become aware of your awareness you experience nothingness, openesss, void, potential, energy arising, clarity, space….subjectivity is space, vase space..dharmakaya manifesting in nirmanakaya, mind body time and place is subjectivity. God dwells in you as you …this subjectivity is awareness pure awareness… this awareness is the essence of spirituality as Amma described this week.
The vast dharmakaya is manifesting as pure awareness, openness as you…you are not your mind…so as you become aware of awareness, as your subjectivity becomes aware of subjectivity, you experience primordial subjectivity…which is openness and knowingness itself, non-conceptual knowingness, gnosis.
As you experience this subjectivity within yourself you can experience subjectivity in the other and truly an inter-subjective life opens for you. IT IS NOT THAT SIMPLY YOU’RE DISTURBED AFFECTS KEEP YOU IN ISOLATION, IN FACT YOU FOCUS TOO MUCH ON YOUR DISTURBED MIND AND DO NOT FOCUS WITHIN AWARENESS ON THE QUALITIES OF AWARENESS…THE SPACIOUSNESS OF AWARENESS…THEN THE DIVINE STATES ARISE NATURALLY WITHIN YOU…JUST AS YOU ARE.
